Policies

• Returns

Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because mystery contents are part of the product, opened mystery packs can't be returned unless something arrived damaged.

• Privacy

We only collect what we need to ship your order and, if you ask us to, to tag you in a packing video. Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout.

• Filming

Asking us to film your order is optional. If you give us a TikTok username, we may show your first name and username in a packing video. Ask us to stop any time.

• Terms

Products are sold in packs of 3. Founding gifts are limited to the first 100 orders and are not sold separately or exchangeable.
