Shipping

• Where we ship

Across Europe. Shipping options and exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

• When we pack

Orders are packed by hand in the order they arrive. Founding 100 orders are packed first.

• How your box arrives

A shipping box, your pack of 3 inside, and if you're in the first 100, a sealed Founding gift marked “don't open until the end 👀”.

• Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email from our Shopify checkout, and tracking as soon as your box leaves us.

• Something wrong?

If a squishy arrives damaged, email hello@heysquishh.com with a photo and we'll sort it out.
